Can I style and color my Milano Wig?
Our human hair wigs can be professionally colored and heat-styled just like your own hair. For synthetic wigs, we recommend using low-heat tools and avoiding permanent dyes to maintain fiber integrity.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and lace intact. Due to hygiene standards, wigs that have been altered or worn cannot be returned.
How should I care for my wig to ensure it lasts?
We recommend washing your wig every 10-14 wears using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners. Store your wig on a mannequin head or a silk bag when not in use to prevent tangling.
